DescriptionGovernment of Jammu and Kashmir has initiated the process of preparing Employees Data Bank as per the 13th Finance Commission recommendations there is approximately 4.5 lacs Govt employees and 1.6 lacs pensioners in J&K. The system would enable the administrators and policy makers to: Rationalize the staffing pattern and re-deploy staff for efficient and effective service delivery. Creating web based centralized database of all the employees of Jammu and Kashmir Government. This will also help to achieve balance in revenue expenditure and attain medium term fiscal stability. Generation of pay bills, linking it with treasury and budgeting system.
