It is a Puducherry Government Grievance Redress Portal. It ensures proper online remedial services to the citizens regarding their grievances or complaints.
This Portal provides a centralized platform for a citizen to lodge his/ her grievances to the respective departments of State Government. It primarily consists of a State level Call Center with integrated web portal. It will act as a single point of contact for addressing and redressing various citizen centric queries and grievances related to government services. Citizens can lodge their grievances to any government department/ office through this portal and the grievance will further be sent to the respective office/ department for further necessary actions.
Users need to fill up this online form with details such as name, complaint / grievance category, address, contact numbers, etc. to lodge a complaint through this Portal. Reminder of already lodged grievances can also be sent by referring the unique registration number. The status of registered grievances can also be checked.
Implemented already in Govt.of Puducherry and all the departments are actively using this portal to take care of the grievances of the citizens. The department staff are being provided training whenever required by them.
