Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar Launched Medha Soft Portal

Medha Soft Portal (https://medhasoft.bih.nic.in/medhaint2023) facilitates transferring of financial assistance through DBT to the beneficiaries of Mukhyamantri Balika (Intermediate +2) Protsahan Yojana 2023. The portal, an initiative of NIC, has been launched by the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Govt. of Bihar.
