NIC developed Global Tender Enquiry (GTE) portal is a single window system for processing the proposals from various Ministries/Departments, requesting exemptions under GTE guidelines of Dept. of Expenditure. The portal enables Cabinet Secretariat to analyse key data quickly & meticulously, and enhance transparency & better decision making.
