Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam launched two online citizen-centric applications in the Transport Sector – The Contactless Learner License from Home Application and the mVahan Fitness Testing mobile app, developed by NIC for Transport Department, Assam. Contactless Learner’s License facility was availed by 300+ applicants from the comfort of their homes, within a day of its launch.
