Hon’ble Chief Minister of Manipur, launched the Smart Performance Appraisal Report Recording Online Window (SPARROW) for Manipur Civil Services (MCS) & Manipur Police Services (MPS) officers. This will enable time-bound & measurable functioning of the Annual Confidential Report (ACR) thereby boosting productivity & accountability of the work conducted.
