Hon’ble Minister for Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha, launched e-Lectures portal, developed by NIC. This portal is designed with ‘mobile first approach’ and hosts recorded lectures of various subjects, which can be accessed round-the-clock by under graduate students of State Universities.
