Implementation of NIC developed ‘Home Isolation Portal’, for monitoring the health of home isolated patients in Uttarakhand

NIC developed ‘Home Isolation Portal’, a workflow based online system for monitoring the daily health condition of home isolated patients, was implemented in Uttarakhand. Patients in home isolation have to report their daily health details to Health Department either on this portal or to Covid Control Room.
