Hon’ble Minister for Urban Affairs, Govt. of Meghalaya launched 8 e-Municipal Services of the Urban Affairs Department, in Shillong. These services are developed by NIC, Meghalaya using the Service Plus framework of NIC to facilitate Citizens with Birth/Death certificates, Water connections, payment of propert tax and Business licenses etc. by Municipal Board
