The Portal is designed & developed by NIC Uttarakhand in collaboration with the CM’s Office. E-meeting Portal is a smart meeting management system through which meetings in the Chief Minister’s Office and Secretariat can be implemented through IT. Attendance of officers participating in the meeting will be registered online. Officers will receive automatic alerts by email and SMS when the deadline for the targets given during the meeting is met. This Meeting Management system records data of all meetings for future use and is also integrated with e-Appointment system for entire state.
