NIC developed ‘Advanced COVID-19 Syndromic Surveillance’, for real-time tracing of COVID19 suspects, implemented in Gujarat

NIC Gujarat Unit, in collaboration with Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management has developed ‘Advanced COVID-19 Syndromic Surveillance’, for real-time tracing of COVID19 suspects, to effectively contain the spread of COVID-19 in communities. The system, implemented in 6 Districts of Gujarat, is helping health workers to take necessary actions like recommending further testing and hospitalization etc.
