National Informatics Center (NIC) J&K has developed an ‘e-Pass application’ using NIC’s ServicePlus Framework for the UT of Ladakh. It offers passes for Inter/Intra District and Inter State movement of vehicles involved in essential services during lockdown amid COVID19.
