National Informatics Centre (NIC) Jammu developed ‘Call Records Management System’ for real time response to the calls received for queries/grievances related to travel permits, medical emergencies & other essential services in the state. The system maintain database of all calls & forward the grievance/query to the District heads of concerned dept. for suitable response.
