NIC developed e-Mantrimandal portal was used by Hon’ble CM, Uttarakhand, to conduct paperless Cabinet meeting in the State.

NIC’s Video Conferencing Service and Web VC (via desktop/laptop/mobile phone) supported various Ministers to attend this meeting virtually from their home/offices amid COVID-19.
