‘e-KitabKosh’, the first digital online library of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir, was launched by Chief Secretary, J&K as part of National Panchayati Raj Conference held in J&K. e-KitabKosh is an initiative of the Information Technology Department J&K, and has been developed by NIC J&K, to provide access to a virtual repository of learning resources (books, journals, newsletters, magazines, newspaper, audio & video etc.) in eight languages viz. English, Hindi, Urdu, Dogri, Kashmiri, Punjabi, Gojri and Pahari. Access this digital library at www.elibrary.jk.gov.in
