In order to make the annual budget books available as a digital book (paperless) to the citizens in the state of Jharkhand, the state finance department in collaboration with NIC has developed “Jharkhand Budget E-Book” mobile app. Citizens can download this app from the official website of the Finance Department (https://finance.jharkhand.gov.in) and Google Play Store.
