NIC Hailakandi, Assam has developed ‘Prashikshan’ mobile app to provide online training to polling personnel through videos & handbooks. The app contains module for EVM training, poll training, election handbooks, constituency details and self assessment test for returning officers, sector officers & presiding officers.
