NIC Hojai, Assam developed Reproductive Child Health (RCH) Reporting App will be used by the ASHA/ANM workers for updating Ante Natal Care(ANC) and Post Natal Care(PNC) service delivery data during their visit to the home of the registered pregnant women in the District. A web application for Health Officials at the District and Block levels to view the status of the service delivery.
