Pensioners in Assam having Aadhaar number can now generate Digital Life Certificate through Jeevan Pramaan Portal, developed by NIC for the Department of Pension and Public Grievances, GoI. Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric-enabled digital service for pensioners which makes the pension distribution process transparent & hassle-free.
