Suo Motu Mutation launched in Bihar

Hon’ble Revenue Minister of Bihar inaugurated the ‘Suo Motu Mutation’ in the State. Implemented by NIC Bihar, this online service facilitates the process of Registration & Mutation for smooth transfer of any land/property between two parties.
