In order to design, develop and implement various eGovernance initiatives for Digital India programme, NIC State Centres along with their respective District Centres are continually engaged to automate and accelerate eGovernance processes in close interaction with Government Departments.
The Government of Uttar Pradesh facilitates registration of complaints & suggestions by the Citizens and their redressal through NIC developed Jansunwai – Samadhan Portal and Mobile app. Using these, the Citizens can not only lodge complaints but also interact with Government Departments/Offices in a transparent manner.

In Kerala, Agriculture Information Management System developed by NIC provides a single window facility to the farmers for registration and application submission to avail services from the Agriculture Department. The system enables farmers to enjoy direct benefit transfer without visiting Government offices.
