  • SUGAM Single Window System, Rajasthan received CSI-Nihilent e-Governance Awards 2008-09

    award

    SWS is used to deliver routine, repetitive services to citizens in a trouble free and time bound manner. It provides a one-stop solution to citizens wherein they get a number of public services at a single point in a transparent, accountable and time bound manner.  This software generates various administrative reports and other registers. All the reports and certificates are printed in Hindi. The pre-printed stationery is being used to print acknowledgment slips and certificates. Services like Domicile, General Caste, Minority, Solvency, Income, Permission letter for Birth/Death, Mutation, Copy of Record, Arm License Renewal, Old Age/ Widow/ PH Pension, NOC, RTI & Miscellaneous Application, SC-ST, OBC/SBC Certificates.

  • National e-Governance Award 2009 : Computerisation of Public Distribution System Supply Chain in Chhattisgarh (PDS – Online)

    Computerised supply chain management of PDS in Chhattisgarh has been operational since 2008. It covers Ration card management system, Online allocation, Online real-time inventory management at CGSCSC warehouses, Call centre complaint monitoring system, Janabhagidari web site.

  • PCQuest Best IT Implemetation Award 2009 : Computerisation of Paddy Procurement in Chhattisgarh (PADDY – Online)

    Computerisation of Paddy procurement in Chhattisgarh has been operational since 2007. All the operations involved in procurement of paddy from about 12 lakh farmers through 1900 procurement centres and its storage, milling and receipt of CMR have been computerized. Farmers are receiving online payment to their bank accounts within 48 hours of the sale of paddy.

    Haryana has been conferred with the prestigious Appreciation of NIC Service in Haryana Tourism award by the Smt. Kiran Chaudhary, then Hon’Minister Tourism Haryana for the year 2009.   • Karnataka receives NATIONAL URBAN WATER AWARD- Achieving Cost Recovery Through Effective Billing And Collection in BWSSB Awards

    Karnataka has been conferred with the prestigious NATIONAL URBAN WATER AWARD- Achieving Cost Recovery Through Effective Billing And Collection in BWSSB award by the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD), Government of India for the year 2009. The award was given in the category – National, for the project BWSSB Ganakeekrutha Grahakara Seve,Water Billing and Collection System, developed by Karnataka.
