  • NIC Madhya Pradesh Bagged CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2019

    award

    NIC  M.P  State  Centre  has  bagged  CSI  SI  eGovernance  Award  2019  for  the  Project e-ANUGYA .  The Process of ANUGYA (Permit) automated using ICT called e-ANUGYA which contains Web Application and Android Apps. The process of ANUGYA (Permit) is transformed drastically to facilitate timely Payment to the Farmers .Traders can generate it by their login after the verification of Mandi Secretary. The award  was  presented  by  Shri  TusharKant  Behra, Hon’ble Electronics& IT Minster and  Shri  Tarun Vijay,  Chairman  National Monuments  Authority  in  the  53rd Annual  CSI  Meet  at  KIIT,  Bhubaneshwar.

  • Gems of Digital India Awards 2019 for eDistrict, Uttar Pradesh

    award

    e-District, Uttar Pradesh  is a State Mission Mode project with primary objective of electronic delivery of government services covered under Janhit Guarantee Act 2011. Through this project 26 e-District Services and 230 Integrated Services are being electronically delivered to citizen from the 60,000 plus CSCs and Lokvani Centres spread across 75 districts. Since its state-wide launch in 2016 the e-District portal has received 20 cr applications. eDistrict, UP has also been integrated with Digital Locker and more than 14 cr certificates are available on Digital Locker platform. e-District has brought a paradigm shift in service delivery system of the state government. Project was awarded the Gems of Digital India 2019 Awards under “Analyst Choice” category.

  • Online PHT System of NIC Lakshadweep awarded CSI SIG e-Governance Award of Sustenance 2019

    The Online PHT system is developed to ensure the quality of farm products to attain the standards prescribed by the European Union and US by using the best practices.  Aquaculture shrimp is the major export item from India.  The aqua farms producing shrimp for export are mandated to be enrolled with MPEDA. As part of the guarantees provided by Govt. of India to leading importing countries/markets, aquaculture shrimp exported to European Union/US should have a PHT certificate.

  • CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2019 in Sustenance category for Open Government Data (OGD) Platform

    award

    Open Government Data (OGD) Platform India (https://data.gov.in) won the prestigious Award of Sustenance by CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2019-20 (one of the two projects awarded in this category). In the year 2013-2014 OGD Platform had won the award in Excellence category. Started in the year 2012, the project has been in the forefront for creation of institutional mechanism, technical framework, data contribution, data driven innovations, community engagement, open governance, international exposures and case studies.

  • CSI-SIG eGovernance Award 2019 for Cooperation MIS Software

    award

    The Cooperation MIS software has been developed for the HP Cooperation Department to automate their functions related to registration of cooperative societies/ NGOs, audit and inspection of these societies, uploading of various financial reports by societies, court cases etc. The award was conferred on 17th January, 2020 at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The Award was received by Sh. D.C. Rana, Special Secretary to Hon’ble Chief Minster, Himachal Pradesh along with Sh. Sandeep Sood, Senior Technical Director and Sh. Sanjay Kumar, Technical Director from NIC HP.

  • CSI-SIG eGovernance Award 2019 for Him Pragati

    award

    The Him Pragati web-portal has been developed for the Chief Minister office for monitoring of major initiatives of the State Government related to Investments, Jan Manch-Public Government Interface, Budget Assurances, CM Announcements, Development indicators and tracking of major projects. The award was conferred on 17th January, 2020 at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The Award was received by Sh. D.C. Rana, Special Secretary to Hon’ble Chief Minster, Himachal Pradesh along with Sh. Sandeep Sood, Senior Technical Director and Sh. Sanjay Kumar, Technical Director from NIC HP.

  • CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2019 for MIS portal for Scheme of Jan Shikshan Sansthan, MSDE

    The MIS portal for the Jan Shikshan Sansthan (NGOs) scheme, developed by NIC is awarded with the CSI SIG eGovernance Awards 2019 in the category Award for Appreciation held on 17th January 2020 at KIIT, Bhubaneswar.

    The JSS under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) provides skill development training and aims at improving the vocational skill and living standards of workers and their family members. The key beneficiaries of this scheme are non-literates, neo-literates, jail inmates, unskilled and unemployed youth particularly from SC/ST/OBC/Minority/Divyang/Women throughout the country especially to underprivileged people in the rural areas. The vocational courses help youths to earn livelihood either by getting employed or by starting their own enterprise. MSDE, through JSS scheme desires to skill 1.1 million youth by 2020.

  • IDC Insights Awards 2019 for MIS portal for Scheme of Jan Shikshan Sansthan, MSDE

    The MIS portal for the Jan Shikshan Sansthan (NGOs) scheme, developed by NIC has been awarded the IDC Insights Awards 2019 in the category of Excellence in Operations, in Bangalore held on 6th December 2019.

    The JSS under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) provides skill development training and aims at improving the vocational skill and living standards of workers and their family members. The key beneficiaries of this scheme are non-literates, neo-literates,  jail inmates, unskilled and unemployed youth particularly from SC/ST/OBC/Minority/Divyang/Women throughout the country especially to underprivileged people in the rural areas. The vocational courses help youths to earn livelihood either by getting employed or by starting their own enterprise. MSDE, through JSS scheme desires to skill 1.1 million youth by 2020.

  • SKOCH Award 2019 for MIS portal of Scheme of Jan Shikshan Sansthan, MSDE

    The MIS portal for the Jan Shikshan Sansthan (NGOs) scheme, developed by NIC has qualified the Semi-Finals of  SKOCH Award 2019 held on 11th January 2020 at India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.

    Rajasthan Business Register ‘BR’ portal has received CSI SIG e-Governance Award of Recognition at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha by Shri Tusharkant Behera Hon’ble Electronics and IT Minister, Odisha

    Rajasthan Business register is the portal to register all Business enterprises and NGOs in the state. The system provides act wise / industry wise statistics to Government for planning purpose. About 6.70 Lac Registration has been done through the portal.

    Integrated Shaladarpan portal has received CSI SIG e-Governance Award of Appreciation at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha by Shri Tusharkant Behera Hon’ble Electronics and IT Minister, Odisha

    Shaladarpan is the complete solution for various activities of state education department.  It has online record of 65000+ schools , 82+ lac Students and 4.15+  lac staff including teachers of the state.

  • CSI SIG e-Governance Award 2019 to PCTS Mobile App

    award

    NIC Rajasthan has received CSI SIG e-Governance Award of Excellence for PCTS (Pregnancy & Child Tracking System) Mobile App at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha by Shri Tarun Vijay, Chairman National Monuments Authority.

    The App is developed for Medical Department, Rajasthan and is used upto subcentre level by ANMs for reporting real time data pertaining to health services in Rajasthan. The App is being used by more than 15,000 users.

  • Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards 2019 for GRIP application

    award

    Grameen Internal Audit Portal (GRIP) application developed by NIC for the O/o CCA, MoRD, PR, DWS and LR, awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards 2019, under the category of Digital Transformation in Rural Development. The award ceremony was held at The Lalit, New Delhi on 6th November 2019.GRIP is an open-source application developed to facilitate the Internal Audit of the schemes run by the PR, DWS and LR. The application has been developed by NIC, MoPR as per the requirements of the Office of Controller of Accounts, PR, DWS and LR.

    The software facilitates the online Internal Audit while serving the purpose of maintaining the past audit records of the Auditee along with the associated list of the Auditors and audit team involved in the audit. It acts as a good tool to enhance the performance of the auditee. Various audit reports are generated automatically and analytical reports on the audit are available online.

  • Governance Now Digital Transformation Award for official website of Kottayam District, Kerala

    NIC developed official website of Kottayam District, Kerala awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Award 2019 under the website category. Smt. Beena Ciril Podipara, DIO Kottayam, Kerala received the award from Sri. Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Member Rajya Sabha in Digital Transformation Award function held at New Delhi.

    It is a secure, scalable, sugamya and responsive bilingual website that is built on cutting edge open source technology stacks. The website is also compliant with GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites) and Robust Security Standards.

  • Governance Now Digital Transformation Award 2019 for NCLT eCourt Project

    NIC developed online portal for National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Award in the category – End to End Digital Services (G2G and G2C), wherein interested litigants/advocates/companies etc. can file petitions/applications/documents countrywide on 24×7 basis. This web based system transformed NCLT as IT effective and paper less Tribunal. It is now aligned at par with the philosophy of Digital India by facilitating efficient delivery of G2C and G2G services, providing cost effective accessibility of information to all stakeholders with transparency for relevant cases, online payment gateway integration, digitization of petition records, encourages Green Governance through Paperless Courts and to increase the productivity with an efficient automation of Front/Back End work flow processes.

  • Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards 2019 for DigiDhan Dashboard

    NIC’s DigiDhan Dashboard project adjudged among the best projects and awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards 2019, under the category of ‘Adoption of Digital Payments’.

    DigiDhan dashboard acts as a prime platform for the government to track growth of digital payments. It automatically consolidates the data from Reserve Bank of India (RBI), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), around 110 public sector, private sector, payments banks, regional rural and foreign banks and uses Business Intelligence (BI) tool to generate assorted reports. DigiDhan dashboard was launched by Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon’ble Minister of Electronics & Information Technology and Law & Justice in presence of eight State IT Ministers and 30 State Secretaries during National Conference of State IT Ministers and IT Secretaries in Vigyaan Bhawan, Delhi.

    The Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS) under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) provides skill development training and linkages with livelihood opportunities for the underprivileged youths of marginalized sections of the society. The training is provided in non-formal sector to rural and urban slums with academic and technical support to its target group .The vocational courses help youths to earn livelihood either by getting employed or by starting their own enterprise

  • Content Management Framework Project awarded the Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards, 2019

    Content Management Framework (CMF) Project developed by NIC  awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards, 2019 under Website Category of Central Government Initiatives.

    The award was given during the 3rd Digital Transformation Summit 2019 held at New Delhi on 06th November 2019.

    The CMF enable standardisation and improvement in presentation and content delivery of Government websites to citizens. CMF facilitates the Central Government Ministry/ Department websites for accessibility. These sites are security audited and certified for website quality, GIGW Compliance and enhanced to achieve citizen centricity.

  • GovInsider Innovation Award 2019 to NIC

    award

    NIC has received the prestigious  GovInsider Innovation Award 2019 in the category Best Use of UI and UX Design for the innovative S3WaaS (Secure, Scalable & Sugamya Website as a Service) Framework. This award is a recognition of the innovative use of design by S3WaaS to improve delivery of citizen-centric information & services, and ensure that these remain simple to access and understand for all citizens, including those with disabilities.

    These Awards are in partnership with United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and National Innovation Agency of Thailand. The Award ceremony was held at United Nations Conference Centre, Bangkok, Thailand on Wednesday 16th October 2019.

     

    
    

  • Gems of Digital India Award 2019 for DigiDhan Dashboard

    Digidhan Dashboard is a platform for tracking and monitoring growth of digital payments. It consolidates the data from Reserve Bank of India (RBI), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), around 110 public sector, private sector, payments banks, regional rural and foreign banks through some automated means and uses Business Intelligence (BI) reporting to generate assorted reports. Digidhan dashboard is the first kind of monitoring tool that accesses and reports data on T+1 basis through various channels like RBI, NPCI, Banks etc. MeitY with NPCI has also launched promotional schemes for BHIM including BHIM individual referral scheme, BHIM merchant cashback scheme and BHIM Aadhaar incentive scheme.

  • Gems of Digital India Award 2019 for Mid Day Meal – Automated Reporting Management System

    The MDM-ARMS – Mid Day Meal – Automated Reporting Management System, software product developed by NIC Himachal Pradesh and replicated in 17 States/UT, has been awarded the Gems of Digital India Award 2019. The award was conferred on 13th September, 2019 at New Delhi. The award was received by Mrs. Padmavathi Viswanathan, Scientist-G and State Coordinator NIC HP, Sh. Sanjay Kumar, Scientist-E along with Sh. Mangal Singh, Scientist-C, NIC HP.

  • ASHA-Soft, Rajasthan received e-Health Healthcare Leader’s Award 2015

    award

    ASHA Soft is a performance measurement& DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) system. It has been implemented for Medical, Health & Family Welfare department, Government of Rajasthan across the state for more than 48000 ASHAs and operational from more than 3000 locations across the state. It is integrated with PCTS. ASHA-Soft is being used since December 2014. Implementation of ASHA Soft has resulted in improvement in ANC services, institutional deliveries, home based neo natal care & immunization coverage. Availability of online data of pregnant women & new born babies are increased by 31% & 19% respectively. Identification of non performing ASHAs is possible by ASHA Soft. It has also resulted in timely payment of incentives to ASHAs. Payment processing time has reduced from 67 days to 12 days. Work allocation to ASHAs and their payment has also been rationalized.

  • Chhattisgarh receives PM award for excellence in public administration Awards

    Chhattisgarh has been conferred with the prestigious PM award for excellence in public administration award by the Prime Minister Award for excellence in Public Administration – 2008 for the year 2010. The award was given in the category – National, for the project , developed by Chhattisgarh.
