Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards 2019 for GRIP application
Grameen Internal Audit Portal (GRIP) application developed by NIC for the O/o CCA, MoRD, PR, DWS and LR, awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards 2019, under the category of Digital Transformation in Rural Development. The award ceremony was held at The Lalit, New Delhi on 6th November 2019.GRIP is an open-source application developed to facilitate the Internal Audit of the schemes run by the PR, DWS and LR. The application has been developed by NIC, MoPR as per the requirements of the Office of Controller of Accounts, PR, DWS and LR.
The software facilitates the online Internal Audit while serving the purpose of maintaining the past audit records of the Auditee along with the associated list of the Auditors and audit team involved in the audit. It acts as a good tool to enhance the performance of the auditee. Various audit reports are generated automatically and analytical reports on the audit are available online.

NIC developed official website of Kottayam District, Kerala awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Award 2019 under the website category. Smt. Beena Ciril Podipara, DIO Kottayam, Kerala received the award from Sri. Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Member Rajya Sabha in Digital Transformation Award function held at New Delhi.
It is a secure, scalable, sugamya and responsive bilingual website that is built on cutting edge open source technology stacks. The website is also compliant with GIGW (Guidelines for Indian Government Websites) and Robust Security Standards.

Governance Now Digital Transformation Award 2019 for NCLT eCourt Project
NIC developed online portal for National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Award in the category – End to End Digital Services (G2G and G2C), wherein interested litigants/advocates/companies etc. can file petitions/applications/documents countrywide on 24×7 basis. This web based system transformed NCLT as IT effective and paper less Tribunal. It is now aligned at par with the philosophy of Digital India by facilitating efficient delivery of G2C and G2G services, providing cost effective accessibility of information to all stakeholders with transparency for relevant cases, online payment gateway integration, digitization of petition records, encourages Green Governance through Paperless Courts and to increase the productivity with an efficient automation of Front/Back End work flow processes.

Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards 2019 for DigiDhan Dashboard
NIC’s DigiDhan Dashboard project adjudged among the best projects and awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards 2019, under the category of ‘Adoption of Digital Payments’.
DigiDhan dashboard acts as a prime platform for the government to track growth of digital payments. It automatically consolidates the data from Reserve Bank of India (RBI), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), around 110 public sector, private sector, payments banks, regional rural and foreign banks and uses Business Intelligence (BI) tool to generate assorted reports. DigiDhan dashboard was launched by Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon’ble Minister of Electronics & Information Technology and Law & Justice in presence of eight State IT Ministers and 30 State Secretaries during National Conference of State IT Ministers and IT Secretaries in Vigyaan Bhawan, Delhi.

Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards 2019 for the MIS Portal for Scheme of Jan Shikshan Sansthan (NGO)
The MIS portal for the Jan Shikshan Sansthan (NGOs) scheme, developed by NIC awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards in the category Digital Transformation in Skill Development.
The Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS) under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) provides skill development training and linkages with livelihood opportunities for the underprivileged youths of marginalized sections of the society. The training is provided in non-formal sector to rural and urban slums with academic and technical support to its target group .The vocational courses help youths to earn livelihood either by getting employed or by starting their own enterprise

Content Management Framework Project awarded the Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards, 2019
Content Management Framework (CMF) Project developed by NIC awarded with the Governance Now Digital Transformation Awards, 2019 under Website Category of Central Government Initiatives.
The award was given during the 3rd Digital Transformation Summit 2019 held at New Delhi on 06th November 2019.
The CMF enable standardisation and improvement in presentation and content delivery of Government websites to citizens. CMF facilitates the Central Government Ministry/ Department websites for accessibility. These sites are security audited and certified for website quality, GIGW Compliance and enhanced to achieve citizen centricity.

GovInsider Innovation Award 2019 to NIC
NIC has received the prestigious GovInsider Innovation Award 2019 in the category Best Use of UI and UX Design for the innovative S3WaaS (Secure, Scalable & Sugamya Website as a Service) Framework. This award is a recognition of the innovative use of design by S3WaaS to improve delivery of citizen-centric information & services, and ensure that these remain simple to access and understand for all citizens, including those with disabilities.
These Awards are in partnership with United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and National Innovation Agency of Thailand. The Award ceremony was held at United Nations Conference Centre, Bangkok, Thailand on Wednesday 16th October 2019.
Gems of Digital India Award 2019 for DigiDhan Dashboard
Digidhan Dashboard is a platform for tracking and monitoring growth of digital payments. It consolidates the data from Reserve Bank of India (RBI), National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), around 110 public sector, private sector, payments banks, regional rural and foreign banks through some automated means and uses Business Intelligence (BI) reporting to generate assorted reports. Digidhan dashboard is the first kind of monitoring tool that accesses and reports data on T+1 basis through various channels like RBI, NPCI, Banks etc. MeitY with NPCI has also launched promotional schemes for BHIM including BHIM individual referral scheme, BHIM merchant cashback scheme and BHIM Aadhaar incentive scheme.

Gems of Digital India Award 2019 for Mid Day Meal – Automated Reporting Management System
The MDM-ARMS – Mid Day Meal – Automated Reporting Management System, software product developed by NIC Himachal Pradesh and replicated in 17 States/UT, has been awarded the Gems of Digital India Award 2019. The award was conferred on 13th September, 2019 at New Delhi. The award was received by Mrs. Padmavathi Viswanathan, Scientist-G and State Coordinator NIC HP, Sh. Sanjay Kumar, Scientist-E along with Sh. Mangal Singh, Scientist-C, NIC HP.

ASHA-Soft, Rajasthan received e-Health Healthcare Leader’s Award 2015
ASHA Soft is a performance measurement& DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) system. It has been implemented for Medical, Health & Family Welfare department, Government of Rajasthan across the state for more than 48000 ASHAs and operational from more than 3000 locations across the state. It is integrated with PCTS. ASHA-Soft is being used since December 2014. Implementation of ASHA Soft has resulted in improvement in ANC services, institutional deliveries, home based neo natal care & immunization coverage. Availability of online data of pregnant women & new born babies are increased by 31% & 19% respectively. Identification of non performing ASHAs is possible by ASHA Soft. It has also resulted in timely payment of incentives to ASHAs. Payment processing time has reduced from 67 days to 12 days. Work allocation to ASHAs and their payment has also been rationalized.

Chhattisgarh receives PM award for excellence in public administration Awards
Chhattisgarh has been conferred with the prestigious PM award for excellence in public administration award by the Prime Minister Award for excellence in Public Administration – 2008 for the year 2010. The award was given in the category – National, for the project , developed by Chhattisgarh.
